(A) There are 5 major airports serving London, the Largest and busiest airport is London Heathrow which is approx 14 Miles West of the centre of London, Gatwick Airport is the next busiest and lies approx 30 miles South, (technically outside of Greater London) as is Luton, 35 miles North and Stansted, 42 Miles North East, London City Airport is the smallest and closest at just 8 Miles East. (Q) Is your price quote "Per Person" ? (A) No, the price we have quoted for your airport transfer is "Per Vehicle" that is for up to 4 people in a standard saloon or estate car, up to 7 people in a Mini Van MPV. (Q) How will we find our Driver at the Airport ? (A) Your Chauffeur or Driver will wait for you at the barrier in the Airports Arrivals area, he will have a "Clockhouse" Greeting Board with your name written on it, Should you not manage to see each other your driver will proceed towards the Information desk and ask for your names to be announced, our office staff may call you on any cellphone number you have given us (Q) What will happen if our flights are early, late, delayed ? (A) Our Office staff continuosly monitor "Real Time" flight arrival information, therefore you can rest assured that your driver will only go into the terminal building to greet you after your flight has been confirmed as "Landed" (Q) Does your quote include a tip ? Is tipping compulsory? (A) Our price does not include a tip to your Chauffeur / Driver, Tipping is an accepted norm but by no means compulsory, you should tip only if you feel generous or believe that your driver has earned his or her gratuity, as a general rule 10% -15% of the fare is standard (Q) Can we pay our driver in $ US Dollars / € Euros? (A) You have a variety of payment options, most prefer to pre-pay by credit card for convenience, we accept ALL Major Credit Cards and can accept payment from you at the time of booking, You can opt to pay by cash to your driver on completion of your journey, £ Pounds Sterling is the preferred currency but $ US Dollars and € Euros are also accepted, kindly note that your driver may not be able to give you change in the same currency, Business Account Clients simply sign a docket and are invoiced at a later date (Q) Are your cars as big as ours ? (A) European roads are somewhat narrower than those found in North America, hence our cars can be somewhat smaller, a standard saloon car (Sedan) can seat up to 4 adults plus the driver with room for two suitcases and 3 average items of hand baggage in the boot (trunk) Large adults or parties with lots of baggage would be more comfortable travelling in a Mini Van MPV or an Estate car (Station Wagon) If in doubt, please ask us before confirming your booking, we are here to help and want you to be as relaxed and as comfortable as possible after your flight. (Q) Does you price include everything or are there any hidden extras ? (A) Our price is fully inclusive of "Meet and Greet" service and waiting time of up to 45 minutes ( calculated only after your flight has landed), should you take longer than 45 minutes, additional waiting time may be charged (£1 per extra 4 minutes) We add the cost of Airport Car Parking to your fare on Airport Collections only, parking usually costs between £2.00 and £6.00 depending upon the Airport and the amount of time your driver is parked. Aside from this, no hidden taxes or extras are charged on top of the quoted prices given (Q) We arrive late at night, what time does your office close?
